Well I have been soaping for just on 5 years. In all of that time I have never ever had any success with bath bombs. I have blamed our humidity. And as its summer at the moment, its still hot and very humid.
But, the other day my daughter wanted to make some bath bombs...mainly because I didnt let her buy any at Lush, I told her we can make much nicer ones. LOL.
So, she held me to it. It was great.
All we used was bicarb, citric acid, coconut oil and fragrance and colour. We had a blast, they are three days old now and hard as cement. No warping, I can't believe it!
So I am very very proud of myself. And I am thinking of now making up bath bombs in the same scents and colours as my soaps to make matching sets for mothers day.

Though I do add 1 Tbsp of Epsom Salts to the mixture to help it harden. (And to get me through to that last bath bomb! lol I hate leftovers.)
