I made some bath bombs and out 5, two worked out, the other 3 split in the middle, I used witch hazel to moisten the mixture. I've attached a picture of my bombs. Any ideas?:evil:

Just guessing - maybe not enough pressure when pushed together?
I don't know what ingredients you use but I add clay and use rubbing alcohol which give me better results.
