I'm making lotion for years now, but would like to make some lotion using
goats milk.I can't really find anything on the % to use.
Maybe you can help me out, thank you.

Thank you Irish.
12% ??? Wow, I was going for 1%
I looked at a recipe on lotioncrafters it said 1 % and I heard somewhere else
1%.
Now, I don't know what I should use, not much to find on the internet.

You can sure use less, but Lindy is someone I trust to give good advice about things like that and I would be confident to use her recommended 12% GM in a lotion. She does caution to not go over that amount so the preservative has a chance to do a good job.

I made a lotion with 10 % today.Came out like a dream.
I used powder & it was tricky to have the milk heating up.
The sides started to get burnt etc.
I used 1% phenonip, hopefully all goes well.
I used with this recipe, lanolin and panthenol.
Should be great for problem skin.
