Just made two batches of HP for first time!

I have successfully made two 1 lb batches of HP soap today. I wanted to find out how it was compared to CP. I have found I like both. Can anyone suggest a time when HP would be more in benefit than CP besides the saponification time? Thank you!

If you have a tricky FO then HP is a huge benefit because you are adding the fragrance at the end of the cook which means there is no chance of it accelerating or seizing your soap.

You are also supposed to be able to use less FO with HP than CP. I haven't tested this myself.

I love HP soaps! Love the process and the texture of the bars.

I bought some micas that morph in CP. When I use them after the cook in HP, they are still vibrant.
