Its been quite some time since I used santa's pipe and I don't remember how dark it turns. Does anyone have a picture?
I'm making a batch in a few days and I'm trying to plan colors.
 
Which one do you use? I ask because WSP and also SweetCakes carry a Santa's Pipe FO. I use SweetCake's version and it discolors to medium tan/light brown for me for me unless I use vanilla stabilizer.

I use WSP's, didn't know there was another supplier. Does the one from sweetcakes keep the cherry notes? Thanks for the info on color, think we will go for a 2 or 3 tone on tone brown.
