Im going to try and go with hemp oil, shea butter and milk fat. But I didnt like the outcome in soapcalc about the bubbles and cleansing. But it really needs to be soothing to dry skin as myself and worst off my son has severely severe dry skin. I want to try and help my poor little guy out...

I see the bubbly and cleansing seems to be pretty low, what would one add to raise that? Also, what are good numbers to aim for overall? Thanks!
