I have been making m & p and I have noticed after it has been cut if I dont seal it straight away into a container or plastic packaging it appears to get moisture beads forming on the surface. What can I do about this once it has happened.?

What is an ideal bar size, I have made some and my customers feedback has been they could be a little smaller in size as there square edges its a little difficult to navigate until the block starts to ware down a little? Anyone?. :D Beck@Madeit!
