Honestly, if you can't formulate your own recipes, or research them online, you really really really shouldn't be even thinking about selling!! Improperly made soap can cause lye burns (which can be quite severe) and horrible irritation!

Looks a lot like lye! Do they zap at all?

I order from about 12 different sites. I don;t have one single place I get everything from. Basically I watch the sales on the sites I like, take into account the S&H and chose which ever site has the best price. Its a bit of a pain in the butt, but it saves me money in the long run!

I don't use anything. Mine pop out no problem after a couple of days. If they stick at all I was told freeze it over night and it will pop right out, then let it defrost before you do any trimming or cutting.

Hrm, what type of scent did you use? Could be you had a false trace. Soap separates if true trace isn't reached. Might be what happened.

What % do you superfat? Sounds like your soap was separating in the piping bag.

What is your recipe? What temperature do you soap at?

You call THAR ash? I had a batch with almost 1cm of ash on top! Now that, my dear, is ash! Nice looking soaps by the way, good job =D

I've had a few overheated batches that worked out just fine in the end!

I've used one that is very similar, works pretty well, but I find the sides do bow if you fill it up.

Mine started out dark yellow from the EVOO, after a few months it is now a nice cream colour and hard as a rock!

Higher amounts of olive oil do take longer to reach trace. I tend to do a small water discount when I do these soaps, speeds thing up!
