I have been having big problems with palm oil. I stopped using it about 15 years ago. I recently bought some but I have to say I don’t like using it. It is ‘pre-mixed’, or whatever the term is, meaning I don’t have to melt it all and mix to use.
But all my batches have had some sort of problems...
I have both of those molds. The rectangular ones make a smaller size/weight bar, and the silicone is very thick. So I poked holes in the mold because they can be 'soft' after a few days, not from my recipe but because there is no airflow in the mold.

People selling soap at fairs with NO labeling! Drives me crazy! And when I pressed one woman about it she was REALLY NASTY & said she feared someone would 'steal'her recipe; btw it was palm, coconut & oilve oil... SERIOUSLY?!?! people are crazy.....
