I am a happily married mother of 6. I run our small farm, homeschool our children, and craft to keep my sanity. I try to keep my soaps simple. I limit the number of ingredients in each soap. Lard, coconut oil, and castor oil are the fats I use the most. Scents are usually essential oils. Colorants are normally herbs. I like to play with different liquids rather than water in my soaps. Since I do CPHP my soaps tend to not be the eye-catching colorful bars many others have to offer.
