I started out with asking everyone to guess the smell and no one guessed what it was. Once I said it was wine, they all thought it kinda smelled like it. I haven't seen the friend who requested the wine scent, so I don't know what his opinion is yet.

I don't drink wine, so I have no idea if this smells like wine or not, but I can tell you one thing, it is a very strong smell. I HPed this earlier today and my house has smelled like nothing else since then. I'm taking a piece of soap to work to ask a co worker that does drink wine what she thinks.

They look great and what a great idea for recycling. I have to say I'm a little disappointed though, I thought by the title it was going to be some kind of flower covered in salt I could eat!!! I guess I should go eat supper :)

Should you/do you shrink/saran wrap your HP soaps? If so what do you use? I'm starting to think about getting some made up and ready for family Christmas presents. Also would it matter for scent transfer when shipping them? My family all lives in another state then me.

Thanks all. I didn't end up soaping last night anyways, but now I know I can use the cow's milk when I have the urge and don't have any goat's milk.
