when i buy a oil i dont like i tend to sit and smell it for awhile then try to fine something in it i like. once i find the part of the oil i like i blend it with other oils that mask the parts i dont like and enhance the part of it i do like

are you looking just for scent or are you looking to make therapeutic soaps? if its just scent I would go with FO. but there are some scents that you can only get with EOs
